C\u00edlem konference byla v\u00fdm\u011bna zku\u0161enost\u00ed a&nbsp;znalost\u00ed internetov\u00fdch profesion\u00e1l\u016f se v\u0161emi z\u00e1jemci z&nbsp;knihovnick\u00e9 bran\u017ee. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee&nbsp;knihovny pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edklady vyu\u017eit\u00ed modern\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f v&nbsp;praxi.<\/p>\n<p>Posledn\u00edm p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00edm v&nbsp;prvn\u00edm dopoledn\u00edm bloku byla <strong>Marie Gr\u00e1fov\u00e1 <\/strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/sibiranka\">@sibiranka<\/a>), kter\u00e1 p\u0159idala rady <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/PARTSIP\/marie-grafov-library-marketing-tuesday\">jak ps\u00e1t pro soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b<\/a>. Na&nbsp;39 slajdech se v\u011bnovala identifikaci a&nbsp;pochopen\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny a&nbsp;praktick\u00fdm tip\u016fm pro publikaci na&nbsp;Facebooku a&nbsp;Twitteru. Nejen knihovny by se tak m\u011bly vyhnout typick\u00fdm chyb\u00e1m jako jsou ml\u017een\u00ed, arogance, pomal\u00e9 \u010di dokonce \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 reakce na&nbsp;soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch.<\/p>\n<h3>Dopoledn\u00ed blok&nbsp;II<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Miro \u0160ifra<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/mirosifra\">@mirosifra<\/a>) s&nbsp;p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161kou <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/PARTSIP\/miro-ifra-library-marketing-tuesday\">\u201eKam a\u017e mohou ut\u00e9ct p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy z&nbsp;knih\u201c<\/a> p\u0159edvedl sv\u00e9 vyprav\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 kvality a&nbsp;publikum rozhodn\u011b upoutal. Uk\u00e1zal na&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edkladech zejm\u00e9na ze sv\u011btov\u00e9 sc\u00e9ny, jak je pot\u0159eba, aby se v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jednotliv\u00e1 m\u00e9dia dopl\u0148ovala, nam\u00edsto aby si konkurovala. Nosnou my\u0161lenkou pak bylo postaven\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu, ne konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho m\u00e9dia, jako pot\u0159eby \u010dlov\u011bka. A&nbsp;zodpov\u011bzena byla i&nbsp;od&nbsp;knihovn\u00edk\u016f o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, zda mohou dal\u0161\u00ed m\u00e9dia (nap\u0159. filmy) nahradit klasickou knihu a&nbsp;zda se tak nevytrat\u00ed p\u0159edstavivost lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jan \u0158ez\u00e1\u010d<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/janrezac\">@janrezac<\/a>)&nbsp;mluvil na&nbsp;t\u00e9ma <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/PARTSIP\/jan-ez-library-marketing-tuesday\">Content Strategy.<\/a> Subjektivn\u011b bych \u0159ekl, \u017ee&nbsp;tato p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ka byla pojat\u00e1 mo\u017en\u00e1 a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 odborn\u011b. I&nbsp;tak v\u0161ak snad Jan \u0158ez\u00e1\u010d p\u0159edal ur\u010dit\u00e9 poselstv\u00ed knihovn\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 se chystaj\u00ed na&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpravu nov\u00e9ho webu \u010di \u00fapravu sou\u010dasn\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00ed architektury a&nbsp;snad si vzpomenou, \u017ee&nbsp;obsah je&nbsp;kr\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<h3>Odpoledn\u00ed blok&nbsp;I<\/h3>\n<p>Po ob\u011bd\u011b u\u017e v\u0161ichni \u010dekali na&nbsp;vystoupen\u00ed <strong>Davida Grudla<\/strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/DavidGrudl\">@DavidGrudl<\/a>) s&nbsp;t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 provokativn\u00edm n\u00e1zvem p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/PARTSIP\/david-grudl-library-marketing-tuesday\">\u201ePro\u010d nechod\u00edm do&nbsp;knihovny\u201c.<\/a> Kdo p\u0159edt\u00edm nevid\u011bl Davida p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161et, z\u0159ejm\u011b moc nev\u011bd\u011bl, co \u010dekat. David se krom\u011b toho, \u017ee&nbsp;n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t hlasit\u011b rozesm\u00e1l cel\u00fd s\u00e1l, v\u011bnoval seri\u00f3zn\u00edm t\u00e9mat\u016fm jako nap\u0159\u00edklad jednoduchosti knihovn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 bylo srovn\u00e1n\u00ed procesu z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed knihy v&nbsp;obchodu s&nbsp;knihami a&nbsp;v&nbsp;knihovn\u011b, kdy knihkupectv\u00ed jasn\u011b vede v&nbsp;jednoduchosti a&nbsp;rychlosti. Krom\u011b toho do\u0161lo tak\u00e9 na&nbsp;modern\u00ed t\u00e9ma elektronick\u00fdch knih. V\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;cel\u00e9ho s\u00e1lu se p\u0159iklonila k&nbsp;n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee&nbsp;elektronick\u00e9 knihy mohou knihovn\u00e1m sp\u00ed\u0161e pomoci, ne\u017eli n\u011bjak u\u0161kodit.<\/p>\n<p>Nejen knihovny mohou v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9m, jak oslovit c\u00edlovou skupinu 13-19. Na&nbsp;tuto ot\u00e1zku se pokusil odpov\u011bd\u011bt <strong>Marek Prchal<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/prchal\">@prchal<\/a>). Marek se sna\u017eil zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee&nbsp;pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho modelu komunikace je nutn\u00e9 str\u00e1vit dostate\u010dn\u00fd \u010das s&nbsp;produktem, ale i&nbsp;s&nbsp;jeho c\u00edlovou skupinou. Na&nbsp;praktick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edkladech se pak sna\u017eil sezn\u00e1mit v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 v&nbsp;s\u00e1le s&nbsp;hlavn\u00edmi charakteristikami dan\u00e9 c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny. I&nbsp;kdy\u017e autor uk\u00e1zal velk\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti v&nbsp;dan\u00e9 oblasti, pro lidi z&nbsp;knihovnick\u00e9 bran\u017ee z\u0159ejm\u011b mnoho pou\u010den\u00ed nevze\u0161lo. Podobn\u011b se k&nbsp;t\u00e9to p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce vyjad\u0159ovali i&nbsp;u\u017eivatel\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Odpoledn\u00ed blok&nbsp;II<\/h3>\n<p>Dost\u00e1v\u00e1me se k&nbsp;posledn\u00edm dv\u011bma p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161k\u00e1m Library Marketing Tuesday. <strong>Marek Ba\u010do<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/Marek_Baco\">@Marek_Baco<\/a>) se pokusil sezn\u00e1mit p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 se z\u00e1klady vir\u00e1ln\u00edho marketingu v&nbsp;p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce nazvan\u00e9 \u201eVir\u00e1ln\u00ed marketing a&nbsp;jin\u00e9 digit\u00e1ln\u00ed buzzmeky\u201c. Zaj\u00edmavou inspirac\u00ed pro \u010desk\u00e9 knihovny tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kampa\u0148 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2ArIj236UHs&amp;feature=youtu.be\">\u201eStudy like a&nbsp;scholar\u201c<\/a> , kter\u00e1 je zakon\u010den\u00e1 slibn\u00fdm sloganem:<em> \u201eEverything is possible, when you are in the library\u201c. <\/em>Druhou t\u00e9maticky spojenou kampan\u00ed kterou Marek p\u0159edstavil, se jmenuje <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zEoww6DahYc\">\u201eBlonde girl in a&nbsp;library\u201c<\/a>, a&nbsp;i&nbsp;kdy\u017e nepropaguje p\u0159\u00edmo knihovnick\u00e9 slu\u017eby, m\u016f\u017ee poslou\u017eit jako inspirace.<\/p>\n<p>Konferenci zakon\u010dila <strong>Eli\u0161ka Hutn\u00edkov\u00e1<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/eliskah\">@eliskah<\/a>) s&nbsp;marketingov\u00fdmi strategiemi pro soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. Eli\u0161ka se sna\u017eila m\u00edsty zmaten\u00e9 publikov\u00e1n\u00ed status\u016f na&nbsp;soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch obohatit o&nbsp;ur\u010ditou racionalitu a&nbsp;strategii. Sama vid\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia jako ve\u010d\u00edrek, kdy rodi\u010de odjeli na&nbsp;chatu. Ve&nbsp;sv\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t zm\u00ednila d\u016fle\u017eitost monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;pochopen\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny. Osobn\u011b m\u011b udivilo, \u017ee&nbsp;\u0159ada z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch, kte\u0159\u00ed se staraj\u00ed o&nbsp;Facebook profily, nev\u00ed o&nbsp;mo\u017enosti sledov\u00e1n\u00ed statistik jako n\u00e1r\u016fstu\/\u00fabytku fanou\u0161k\u016f, jejich demografie apod. Ty na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed Eli\u0161ka ve&nbsp;sv\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce zm\u00ednila a&nbsp;minim\u00e1ln\u011b tato \u010d\u00e1st byla pro p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 velmi p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h3>Ohlednut\u00ed za konferenc\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Ne v\u0161echno, co je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v&nbsp;komer\u010dn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, bude mo\u017en\u00e9 zrealizovat v&nbsp;prost\u0159ed\u00ed knihoven. I&nbsp;kdyby v\u0161ak PARTSIP ve&nbsp;spolupr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00edmi t\u00edmto \u00faterkem p\u0159isp\u011bl jen zanedbateln\u011b ke&nbsp;zlep\u0161en\u00ed marketingov\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed knihoven ve&nbsp;sv\u011bt\u011b internetu, jedn\u00e1 se zcela jist\u011b o&nbsp;\u00fasp\u011bch. A&nbsp;kdo v\u00ed, t\u0159eba se nakonec do\u010dk\u00e1me zlep\u0161en\u00ed User Experience sou\u010dasn\u00fdch knihovn\u00edch rejst\u0159\u00edk\u016f nebo n\u011bjak\u00e9 p\u011bkn\u00e9 vir\u00e1ln\u00ed kampan\u011b. Pochybuje n\u011bkdo nad konceptem konference? Nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed dialogu mezi komer\u010dn\u00ed sf\u00e9rou a&nbsp;tou nekomer\u010dn\u00ed, v&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zastoupenou knihovnami, je podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru naprosto spr\u00e1vn\u00e9. Jedn\u00e1 se o&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00fd transfer zku\u0161enost\u00ed, nejlep\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f \u010di alespo\u0148 p\u0159edstaven\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch trend\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou v&nbsp;kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku slou\u017eit n\u00e1m - n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm knihoven.
