Google sv\u00fdm inzerent\u016fm samoz\u0159ejm\u011b doporu\u010duje kliknut\u00ed, proto\u017ee se mu vypl\u00e1c\u00ed. Vyplat\u00ed se i&nbsp;v\u00e1m? Projd\u011bte si v\u00fdsledky na\u0161eho testu!<br>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/igloonet\/\">igloonetu<\/a> jsme diskutovali o&nbsp;tom, jak\u00fd zp\u016fsob zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed AdWords reklam je ten prav\u00fd. A&nbsp;nedo\u0161li jsme k&nbsp;jednozna\u010dn\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku. Za osm let, co d\u011bl\u00e1m v&nbsp;online marketingu, jsem si ud\u011blal vlastn\u00ed obr\u00e1zek o&nbsp;tom, jak\u00fd zp\u016fsob zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed se nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Zaprv\u00e9 se jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;<em>optimalizaci na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed<\/em>&nbsp;a&nbsp;zadruh\u00e9 <em>neur\u010dit\u00e9 zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em>. Nezjistil jsem ale, jak\u00e9 maj\u00ed oba zp\u016fsoby v\u00fdsledky v&nbsp;porovn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi sebou navz\u00e1jem. Cht\u011bl jsem se tomu dostat na&nbsp;kobylku, proto jsem p\u0159ipravil <strong>test<\/strong>. Zaj\u00edmalo m\u011b nejen, jak se bude li\u0161it CTR, ale tak\u00e9 jak dopadnou dal\u0161\u00ed metriky.<\/p>\n<h3>Zp\u016fsoby zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed reklam v&nbsp;AdWords<\/h3>\n<p>Ne\u017e za\u010dneme, p\u0159edstavme si nejprve v\u0161echny zp\u016fsoby zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed reklam. Popis jednotliv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed poch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo z&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/adwords\/\">Google n\u00e1pov\u011bdy<\/a>&nbsp;a&nbsp;na&nbsp;prvn\u00ed pohled je jasn\u00e9, kter\u00fd&nbsp;z&nbsp;nich Google preferuje.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Optimalizace zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed:<\/strong> Reklamy, u&nbsp;kter\u00fdch se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee&nbsp;p\u0159il\u00e1kaj\u00ed v\u00edce kliknut\u00ed, budou do&nbsp;aukce reklam za\u0159azov\u00e1ny \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed reklamy ve&nbsp;va\u0161\u00ed reklamn\u00ed sestav\u011b. Tyto kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reklamy z\u00edskaj\u00ed v\u00edce zobrazen\u00ed ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed reklamy v&nbsp;reklamn\u00ed sestav\u011b, a&nbsp;dos\u00e1hnou d\u00edky tomu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed procento zobrazen\u00ed. Pokud je zvolena tato mo\u017enost, z\u00edsk\u00e1 va\u0161e reklamn\u00ed sestava pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b celkov\u011b v\u00edce zobrazen\u00ed a&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed, proto\u017ee kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reklamy dosahuj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edch pozic a&nbsp;z\u00edskaj\u00ed si v\u00edce pozornosti u\u017eivatel\u016f.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, pro\u010d tento zp\u016fsob zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed Google podporuje: \u017eiv\u00ed ho p\u0159ece prokliky. Tento zp\u016fsob by m\u011bl b\u00fdt ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b pro maximalizaci proklik\u016f, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kdy\u017e m\u00e1te v&nbsp;sestav\u00e1ch inzer\u00e1ty s&nbsp;vysok\u00fdmi rozd\u00edly CTR. Hroz\u00ed zde zhor\u0161en\u00e1 mo\u017enost testov\u00e1n\u00ed inzer\u00e1t\u016f, proto\u017ee AdWords m\u016f\u017ee preferovat jeden inzer\u00e1t na&nbsp;\u00fakor druh\u00e9ho, a&nbsp;to a\u017e do&nbsp;t\u00e9 m\u00edry, \u017ee&nbsp;testov\u00e1n\u00ed bude nepr\u016fkazn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Optimalizace zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na&nbsp;konverze:<\/strong> Reklamy, u&nbsp;kter\u00fdch se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee&nbsp;zajist\u00ed v\u00edce konverz\u00ed, budou do&nbsp;aukce reklam za\u0159azov\u00e1ny \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed reklamy v&nbsp;reklamn\u00ed sestav\u011b. I&nbsp;kdy\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee&nbsp;tato mo\u017enost z\u00edsk\u00e1 reklamn\u00ed sestav\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b kliknut\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159edchoz\u00ed varianta, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zajist\u00ed v\u00edce konverz\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it n\u00e1vratnost investic.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Druh\u00fd druh optimalizace je, alespo\u0148 dle m\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed, pom\u011brn\u011b z\u0159\u00eddka vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee&nbsp;inzerenti nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed automatizaci v&nbsp;tom, kdy a&nbsp;jak pozn\u00e1, \u017ee&nbsp;m\u00e1 dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dat pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed. Google toti\u017e deklaruje, \u017ee&nbsp;pokud konverzn\u00ed data nebudou dostate\u010dn\u00e1, budou se reklamy st\u0159\u00eddat metodou zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 <em>optimalizace na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>St\u0159\u00eddat rovnom\u011brn\u011b \/ st\u0159\u00eddat neur\u010dit\u011b: <\/strong>Reklamy jsou do&nbsp;aukce reklam za\u0159azov\u00e1ny rovnom\u011brn\u011bji. Rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed obecn\u011b znamen\u00e1, \u017ee&nbsp;se budou moci reklamy s&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi m\u00edrami prokliku a&nbsp;konverze zobrazovat \u010dast\u011bji, ne\u017e si zaslou\u017e\u00ed. To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 pozici nebo ke&nbsp;sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed po\u010dtu kliknut\u00ed a&nbsp;konverz\u00ed. Tuto mo\u017enost v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b inzerent\u016f nedoporu\u010dujeme.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>St\u0159\u00eddat rovnom\u011brn\u011b<\/em> a&nbsp;<em>st\u0159\u00eddat neur\u010dit\u011b<\/em> se od&nbsp;sebe li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee&nbsp;rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017e\u00ed bez jak\u00e9koliv optimalizace zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed inzer\u00e1t\u016f jen 90 dn\u016f, potom se automaticky p\u0159epne bu\u010f na&nbsp;<em>optimalizaci na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed&nbsp;<\/em>nebo <em>optimalizaci na&nbsp;konverze<\/em>. Pokud v&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dtu m\u011b\u0159\u00edte konverze, spust\u00ed se <em>optimalizace na&nbsp;konverze<\/em>. Pokud konverze v&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dtu nem\u011b\u0159\u00edte, p\u0159epne se na&nbsp;<em>optimalizaci na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed.<\/em>&nbsp;Za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edho inzerenta p\u0159itom mus\u00ed nedoporu\u010den\u00ed od&nbsp;Google odradit.<\/p>\n<h1>Design testu<\/h1>\n<p>Testovali jsme na&nbsp;kampan\u00edch ve&nbsp;dvou \u00fa\u010dtech s&nbsp;vysok\u00fdm \u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm. Pro p\u0159edstavu: po dobu vyhodnocovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed to bylo v\u00edce ne\u017e <strong>640&nbsp;000 proklik\u016f \/ 15&nbsp;000&nbsp;000 zobrazen\u00ed.<\/strong> Z&nbsp;testu jsme vylou\u010dili\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>brandov\u00e9 kampan\u011b,<\/li>\n<li>dynamick\u00e9 reklamy ve&nbsp;vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/adwords\/answer\/2471185?hl=cs\">DSA<\/a>),<\/li>\n<li>reklamy v&nbsp;N\u00e1kupech Google (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/adwords\/answer\/2454022?hl=cs\">PLA<\/a>),<\/li>\n<li>obsahovou s\u00ed\u0165 (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/adwords\/answer\/2404190?hl=cs\">GDN<\/a>),<\/li>\n<li>ostatn\u00ed kampan\u011b, na&nbsp;kter\u00fdch se pr\u00e1v\u011b testovalo,<\/li>\n<li>a kampan\u011b s&nbsp;jinak abnorm\u00e1ln\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cht\u011bli jsme m\u00edt na&nbsp;testov\u00e1n\u00ed kampan\u011b s&nbsp;co nejpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky, abychom zjednodu\u0161ili a&nbsp;zp\u0159esnili jejich vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed. Kampan\u011b jsme rozd\u011blili do&nbsp;dvou skupin. <strong>U&nbsp;prvn\u00ed skupiny<\/strong> jsme neprovedli \u017e\u00e1dnou zm\u011bnu, tzn. \u017ee&nbsp;jsme nechali nastaven\u00e9 <em>neur\u010dit\u00e9 zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em>. <strong>Druh\u00e9 skupin\u011b<\/strong> jsme zm\u011bnili zp\u016fsob zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed z&nbsp;<em>neur\u010dit\u00e9ho zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em> na&nbsp;zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;<em>optimalizac\u00ed na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed<\/em>. C\u00edlem testu bylo zjistit, jak se zm\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky obou testovac\u00edch vzork\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u016fb\u011bh<\/h3>\n<p>Kampan\u00edm jsme nem\u011bnili n\u00e1zvy, aby na&nbsp;prvn\u00ed pohled nebylo patrn\u00e9, kter\u00e9 kampan\u011b jsou v&nbsp;testu a&nbsp;jak\u00fd maj\u00ed zp\u016fsob zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed. C\u00edlem tohoto opat\u0159en\u00ed bylo, abychom ani podv\u011bdom\u011b nep\u0159istupovali ke&nbsp;kampan\u00edm rozd\u00edln\u011b. Kampan\u011b jsme spravovali b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jako kdyby \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd test&nbsp;neprob\u00edhal.<\/p>\n<h3>Zp\u016fsob vyhodnocen\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Vzali jsme v\u00fdsledky z&nbsp;obou \u00fa\u010dt\u016f, se\u010detli je za t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce p\u0159ed startem testu a&nbsp;porovnali s&nbsp;v\u00fdsledky za t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce od&nbsp;spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed testu. Del\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed pro vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed jsme zvolili proto, aby v\u00fdsledky byly co nejm\u00e9n\u011b ovlivn\u011bny akcemi, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jin\u00fdmi v\u00fdkyvy. Tak\u00e9 jsme cht\u011bli d\u00e1t dostate\u010dn\u00fd prostor <em>optimalizaci na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed<\/em>&nbsp;aby mohla za\u010d\u00edt spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovat.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky obou \u00fa\u010dt\u016f vykazovaly stejn\u00e9 nebo velmi podobn\u00e9 trendy, proto jsme je se\u010detli dohromady. Vybral jsem v\u00fdsledky dle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch metrik. CTR<\/h3>\n<p>Abych \u0159ekl pravdu, o\u010dek\u00e1val jsem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl. Kampan\u011b u\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd ten p\u00e1tek p\u0159ed testem b\u011b\u017eely a&nbsp;pravideln\u011b obm\u011b\u0148ujeme ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 inzer\u00e1ty. Rozd\u00edly v&nbsp;CTR nejsou velk\u00e9, v\u00fdsledek je pro m\u011b p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>2. CPC<\/h3>\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed CPC jsme v&nbsp;tomto testu o\u010dek\u00e1vali. Je v\u0161ak pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee&nbsp;na&nbsp;jeho nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed mohla m\u00edt vliv i&nbsp;eCPC, kter\u00e1 byla zapnut\u00e1 ve&nbsp;v\u0161ech kampan\u00edch, sez\u00f3nn\u00ed v\u00fdkyv \u010di sortiment. Rozsahem testu jsme se v\u0161ak sna\u017eili vliv dal\u0161\u00edch parametr\u016f eliminovat.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 pozice<\/h3>\n<p>Zde se projevila zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 CPC nebo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 CTR? Nelze to jednozna\u010dn\u011b \u0159\u00edci, ale prsty v&nbsp;tom jist\u011b maj\u00ed ob\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 metriky. Osobn\u011b si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee&nbsp;za to m\u016f\u017ee sp\u00ed\u0161e nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed CPC. Zm\u011bna pozic m\u011bla ur\u010dit\u011b vliv na&nbsp;m\u00edru prokliku. O&nbsp;to je pak je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed moje roz\u010darov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp;rozd\u00edly CTR jsou tak&nbsp;nev\u00fdznamn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Pod\u00edl zobrazen\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal jsem opa\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek. Je ale pravda, \u017ee&nbsp;<em>neur\u010dit\u00e9 zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em> m\u011blo hor\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky p\u0159ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm testu, tak\u017ee zde byl v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed. I&nbsp;p\u0159es v\u00fdrazn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u0161ak <em>neur\u010dit\u00e9 zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed optimalizaci na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed<\/em>&nbsp;nedostihlo.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Ostatn\u00ed metriky<\/h3>\n<p>Konverzn\u00ed pom\u011bry a&nbsp;hodnoty objedn\u00e1vek se li\u0161ily naprosto minim\u00e1ln\u011b. Zm\u011bna CPC m\u011bla negativn\u00ed vliv na&nbsp;hodnotu PNO, co\u017e se n\u00e1m u&nbsp;<em>optimalizace na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed&nbsp;<\/em>v\u016fbec nel\u00edbilo.<\/p>\n<h1>Shrnut\u00ed<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed CTR je<\/strong> z&nbsp;\u010d\u00e1sti <strong>vykoupeno nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm CPC<\/strong>, a&nbsp;t\u00edm p\u00e1dem i&nbsp;zlep\u0161en\u00edm pozic. Jak moc za to mohla pr\u00e1v\u011b <em>optimalizace na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed,<\/em> je v\u0161ak diskutabiln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>Optimalizace na&nbsp;kliknut\u00ed<\/em>&nbsp;m\u011b nep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dila o&nbsp;tom, \u017ee&nbsp;je lep\u0161\u00ed volbou, jak ji prezentuje Google. Dokonce bych \u0159ekl, \u017ee&nbsp;m\u011b zklamala. Po skon\u010den\u00ed testu jsme proto v\u0161echny kampan\u011b vr\u00e1tili na&nbsp;<em>neur\u010dit\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em>.
