Do&nbsp;algoritmu tak m\u016f\u017eeme implementovat data&nbsp;o&nbsp;aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm po\u010das\u00ed, chov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edka v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad o&nbsp;dopravn\u00ed situaci.<\/p>\n<p>I proto&nbsp;jsme se v&nbsp;igloo rozhodli tomuto&nbsp;t\u00e9matu v\u00edce v\u011bnovat a&nbsp;p\u0159etavit na\u0161e poznatky do&nbsp;seri\u00e1lu o&nbsp;automatizaci bidov\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem nen\u00ed napsat instatn\u00ed n\u00e1vod na&nbsp;vlastn\u00ed bidovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m, ale polo\u017eit z\u00e1klady, ze kter\u00fdch m\u016f\u017eeme vych\u00e1zet p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edm testov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Motivace<\/h3>\n<p>U bidov\u00e1n\u00ed je velmi&nbsp;d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 spr\u00e1vnost stanoven\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f, dle nich\u017e&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u011b zvol\u00edme adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed strategii. Ka\u017ed\u00fd market\u00e9r k&nbsp;bidov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159istupuje do&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry po sv\u00e9m a&nbsp;nastavuje bidy podle sv\u00e9 rozhodovac\u00ed rutiny.<\/p>\n<p>Nen\u00ed proto od&nbsp;v\u011bci zv\u00e1\u017eit pou\u017eit\u00ed&nbsp;AdWords automatick\u00fdch nastaven\u00ed bid\u016f, d\u00edky nim\u017e&nbsp;se nejen\u017ee vyhneme manu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, ale tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161\u00edme v\u00fdkon reklam dle na\u0161ich po\u017eadavk\u016f. To n\u00e1m ale ani zdaleka neumo\u017en\u00ed pokr\u00fdt dynamickou povahu na\u0161eho AdWords \u00fa\u010dtu.<\/p>\n<p>Z t\u00e9hle bidovac\u00ed letargie n\u00e1s dok\u00e1\u017ee vytrhnout ned\u00e1vno vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1GwKN1Z\" target=\"_blank\">skript<\/a> od&nbsp;zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdch <strong>brainlabs<\/strong>.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Jako vstupn\u00ed data u&nbsp;n\u011bj poslou\u017e\u00ed Google spreadsheet tabulka s&nbsp;nastaven\u00edm bid\u016f, jej\u00ed\u017e URL vlo\u017e\u00edte do&nbsp;skriptu a&nbsp;m\u016f\u017eeme bidovat ve&nbsp;<sup class=\"numerator\">24<\/sup>\u2044<sub class=\"denominator\">7<\/sub> hodinov\u00e9 frekvenci. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 stejn\u00fd syst\u00e9m <sup class=\"numerator\">24<\/sup>\u2044<sub class=\"denominator\">7<\/sub> bidov\u00e1n\u00ed, nav\u00edc ov\u0161em umo\u017e\u0148uje separ\u00e1tn\u011b nastavovat bidy odd\u011blen\u011b pro jednotliv\u00e9 kampan\u011b. Bidovat \u010dast\u011bji se stejn\u00fdm nastaven\u00edm postr\u00e1d\u00e1 smysl, proto je nutn\u00e9 skript spojit s&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. C\u00edlem je aproximovat data tak, aby v\u00fdsledek&nbsp;co nejv\u00edce vyhovoval funkci p\u0159\u00edmky. Jin\u00fdmi slovy jde o&nbsp;to naj\u00edt parametry t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edmky, pomoc\u00ed nich\u017e&nbsp;m\u016f\u017eeme dopo\u010d\u00edtat p\u0159edpov\u00eddan\u00e9 hodnoty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed nev\u00fdhodu tohoto skriptu je pr\u00e1v\u011b nutnost manu\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0161t\u00edtkov\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch slov, co\u017e v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b cel\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dtu m\u016f\u017ee zabrat pom\u011brn\u011b&nbsp;dost \u010dasu. Na&nbsp;druhou stranu m\u00e1 skript zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho objemu historick\u00fdch dat, kv\u016fli&nbsp;n\u011bmu\u017e&nbsp;nelze&nbsp;line\u00e1rn\u00ed regresi pou\u017e\u00edt. Brainlabs&nbsp;vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed&nbsp;shlukov\u00e1n\u00ed relevantn\u00edch kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch slov do&nbsp;cluster\u016f, kter\u00e9 skript pou\u017eije pro dopln\u011bn\u00ed dat. Na&nbsp;z\u00e1klad\u011b m\u00edry podobnosti slov v&nbsp;clusteru jsou metriky pro kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova ohodnoceny vahami a&nbsp;s&nbsp;nimi vstupuj\u00ed do&nbsp;modelu. Hodnoty vah klesaj\u00ed s&nbsp;\u010dasem. Star\u0161\u00ed data tedy nemaj\u00ed tak velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam jako ta mlad\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h5>2. Rule based-bidding vs. portfolio bidding<\/h5>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f je rule based-bidding, kdy se stanov\u00ed bid pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 slovo zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165. Opakem&nbsp;je tzv. portfolio bidding, \u0159e\u0161\u00edc\u00ed, jak by mohla na&nbsp;dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edle spolupracovat v\u0161echna slova.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekn\u011bme tedy, \u017ee&nbsp;kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 slovo je ohodnoceno 30 korunami (maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed CPA 300 K\u010d, konverzn\u00ed pom\u011br 0,1, tedy 300\u00d70,1). Podle rule based-biddingu cenu d\u00e1le kombinujeme s&nbsp;\u0159adou dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f (geografie, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, \u010das a&nbsp;den v&nbsp;t\u00fddnu atd.). Uk\u00e1zkou takov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu je <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1PHLWEs\" target=\"_blank\">skript<\/a> od&nbsp;<strong>Jarada Colliera<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kter\u00fd vytvo\u0159il soupis pravidel na&nbsp;z\u00e1klad\u011b po\u010dtu konverz\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho&nbsp;slova, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 pozice a&nbsp;CPA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Naopak&nbsp;u&nbsp;portfolio-based biddingu roz\u0161i\u0159ujeme p\u0159\u00edstup sm\u011brem od&nbsp;jednoho kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho slova na&nbsp;cel\u00fd \u00fa\u010det a&nbsp;sna\u017e\u00edme se o&nbsp;optim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u011blen\u00ed rozpo\u010dtu mezi ka\u017ed\u00e9&nbsp;z&nbsp;nich. Tento postup je vhodn\u00fd, zejm\u00e9na pokud pracujeme s&nbsp;omezen\u00fdmi rozpo\u010dty. M\u00e1me-li dv\u011b&nbsp;kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova se stejn\u00fdm CTR, ale jedno z&nbsp;nich&nbsp;je o&nbsp;polovinu levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, podle rule-based p\u0159\u00edstupu bychom nabidovali ob\u011b dv\u011b stejn\u011b. Naopak&nbsp;podle portfolio-based p\u0159\u00edstupu nabidujeme nejd\u0159\u00edve levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slovo a&nbsp;a\u017e pot\u00e9 zbytek rozpo\u010dtu p\u0159i\u0159ad\u00edme dra\u017e\u0161\u00edmu.<\/p>\n<h5>3. Strojov\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed, neuronov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b, rozhodovac\u00ed stromy a&nbsp;lesy<\/h5>\n<p>Typick\u00e1 \u00faloha&nbsp;<strong>strojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> je t\u0159\u00eddit nebo p\u0159edpov\u00eddat pro velk\u00fd soubor dat, s&nbsp;n\u00edm\u017e si u\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk s\u00e1m neporad\u00ed. Pro dynamick\u00e9 zm\u011bny bidov\u00e1n\u00ed se proto skv\u011ble hod\u00ed. Neuronov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b a&nbsp;rozhodovac\u00ed stromy jsou pouze dal\u0161\u00ed&nbsp;typy strojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neuronov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b<\/strong> pracuj\u00ed bez algoritmu, jejich \u010dinnost je zalo\u017eena na&nbsp;procesu u\u010den\u00ed. P\u0159i n\u011bm se s\u00ed\u0165 adaptuje k&nbsp;\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dan\u00e9ho \u00fakonu. V\u011bt\u0161inou si rozd\u011bl\u00edme data na&nbsp;dva&nbsp;soubory, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jednu hrom\u00e1dku pou\u017eijeme v&nbsp;prvotn\u00ed f\u00e1zi u\u010den\u00ed. V&nbsp;n\u00ed&nbsp;dojde k&nbsp;nastaven\u00ed vah (neuron\u016f) a&nbsp;parametr\u016f algoritmu tak, aby byl v&nbsp;druh\u00e9 f\u00e1zi v\u00fdpo\u010dtu co nejl\u00e9pe schopen pracovat s&nbsp;druhou hrom\u00e1dkou dat. Neuronov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b dle dokumentace pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad eCPC strategie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rozhodovac\u00ed stromy<\/strong> jsou rozhodn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b komplexn\u00ed ne\u017e neuronov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b. Tvo\u0159\u00ed je sada hierarchicky uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00fdch rozhodovac\u00edch pravidel. Se stromovou strukturou se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dasto, nebo\u0165 je p\u0159ehledn\u00e1 a&nbsp;snadno interpretovateln\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h5>4. My jsme se pro za\u010d\u00e1tek rozhodli pou\u017e\u00edt&nbsp;ROAS a&nbsp;CPC. D\u00e1le&nbsp;bychom cht\u011bli pracovat s&nbsp;lok\u00e1ln\u00edm po\u010das\u00edm, dny zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi do&nbsp;v\u00fdplaty \u010di \u00fadaji z&nbsp;televizn\u00ed kampan\u011b. P\u0159i&nbsp;testu jsme vyu\u017eili \u00fa\u010det jednoho z&nbsp;na\u0161ich klient\u016f, v&nbsp;n\u011bm\u017e jsme vym\u011b\u0159ili n\u011bkolik testovac\u00edch kampan\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>ROAS a&nbsp;CPC jsme se sna\u017eili optimalizovat tak, \u017ee&nbsp;se bidy u&nbsp;modifik\u00e1toru testovac\u00ed kampan\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed,&nbsp;pokud je kampa\u0148 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a&nbsp;m\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed hodnoty ne\u017e stejn\u00fd modifik\u00e1tor u&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch kampan\u00ed na&nbsp;dan\u00e9m&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dtu a&nbsp;naopak. \u010c\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je rozd\u00edl mezi testovac\u00ed kampan\u00ed a&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi kampan\u011bmi, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bna v&nbsp;nab\u00eddce nastane. Podle p\u0159edchoz\u00edho rozd\u011blen\u00ed metod jde tedy o&nbsp;typ rule-based bidding zalo\u017een\u00e9m na&nbsp;zm\u011bn\u011b dvou&nbsp;faktor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nev\u00fdhodou tohoto p\u0159\u00edstupu je, \u017ee&nbsp;u&nbsp;testovac\u00edch kampan\u00edch je v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b konverz\u00ed ne\u017e u&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch, co\u017e by mohlo zkreslovat v\u00fdsledky. V&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edm d\u00edle bychom tomuto riziku cht\u011bli zamezit tak, \u017ee&nbsp;budeme pracovat s&nbsp;porovn\u00e1n\u00edm modifik\u00e1tor\u016f za cel\u00fd \u00fa\u010det, a&nbsp;to mimo testovac\u00ed kampan\u011b. Na&nbsp;nich&nbsp;budeme hodnoty pot\u00e9 pouze m\u011bnit. Jde n\u00e1m o&nbsp;pochopen\u00ed&nbsp;fungov\u00e1n\u00ed klientova businessu a&nbsp;nalezen\u00ed&nbsp;dostate\u010dn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch objektivn\u00edch prom\u011bnn\u00fdch, ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch bu\u010f cel\u00fd \u00fa\u010det, nebo alespo\u0148 chov\u00e1n\u00ed u&nbsp;stejn\u00e9ho typu&nbsp;zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Abychom m\u011bli s&nbsp;\u010d\u00edm n\u00e1\u0161 syst\u00e9m porovnat, spustili jsme na&nbsp;paraleln\u00edch kampan\u00edch po dobu jednoho m\u011bs\u00edce&nbsp;eCPC. Enhanced CPC uplat\u0148uje u\u010d\u00edc\u00ed se algoritmy, cross sign\u00e1lov\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy, remarketingov\u00e9 seznamy, korela\u010dn\u00ed anal\u00fdzu atd. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b do&nbsp;vlastn\u00ed logiky nevid\u00edme a&nbsp;z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b black&nbsp;boxem.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edme v\u0161ak o&nbsp;opatrnosti eCPC, nebo\u0165 umo\u017e\u0148uje zm\u011bnu bidu pouze v&nbsp;rozsahu od&nbsp;-100&nbsp;% do&nbsp;+30&nbsp;%. Ostatn\u011b srovn\u00e1n\u00ed toho, jak se eCPC osv\u011bd\u010dilo proti norm\u00e1ln\u00edmu CPC, najdete v&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/igloonet.cz\/blog\/test-cpc-vs-rozsirena-cpc\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u010dl\u00e1nku<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;na na\u0161em blogu. To, \u017ee&nbsp;eCPC na&nbsp;kontroln\u00ed skupin\u011b kampan\u00ed fungovalo d\u00e9le ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc p\u0159eds nastaven\u00edm testu, znev\u00fdhodnilo&nbsp;n\u00e1\u0161 syst\u00e9m, proto\u017ee&nbsp;dostalo&nbsp;v\u00edce \u010dasu na&nbsp;u\u010den\u00ed a&nbsp;optimalizaci nastaven\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>V\u00fdsledky<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159i vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed mus\u00edme p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnout k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee&nbsp;testov\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u00edhalo v&nbsp;p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, tud\u00ed\u017e bychom se m\u011bli&nbsp;sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e na&nbsp;zm\u011bnu v&nbsp;porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;minul\u00fdm m\u011bs\u00edcem&nbsp;d\u00edvat na&nbsp;zm\u011bnu eCPC oproti igloobidu. Obecn\u011b do\u0161lo ke&nbsp;zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed konverzn\u00edho pom\u011bru, CTR, proklik\u016f a&nbsp;zobrazen\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>na \u00fakor zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed naklad\u016f<\/strong>. N\u00e1r\u016fst n\u00e1klad\u016f byl t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o&nbsp;19&nbsp;% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u&nbsp;eCPC s&nbsp;nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm o&nbsp;pouh\u00e9 4,6&nbsp;%. S&nbsp;t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i&nbsp;pokles ROAS u&nbsp;igloobidu, se kter\u00fdm se nepoda\u0159ilo hnout ani za cenu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho po\u010dtu konverz\u00ed. Proto jsme nedos\u00e1hli tak dobr\u00e9ho ROAS jako eCPC. V&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch ohledech jsme si ale nevedli \u0161patn\u011b. Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b porovnat oba syst\u00e9my, bylo by nutn\u00e9 do&nbsp;skriptu zahrnout stejn\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed a&nbsp;minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty bidu jako m\u00e1 porovn\u00e1van\u00fd eCPC.<\/p>\n<p>Tento test tak zat\u00edm bereme sp\u00ed\u0161e jako b\u00e1zi, na&nbsp;kter\u00e9&nbsp;m\u016f\u017eeme stav\u011bt, ne\u017e n\u011bco, co bychom cht\u011bli tla\u010dit do&nbsp;sv\u011bta. V&nbsp;z\u00e1sad\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme ov\u0161em doporu\u010dit zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed frekvence bidov\u00e1n\u00ed, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e z\u00edsk\u00e1me aktu\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed data o&nbsp;aukci a&nbsp;rozhodn\u011b nic nezkaz\u00edme.
